The State Lottery Commission of Indiana procures goods and services as authorized by the Indiana Code, the Indiana Administrative Code, as well as internal policies and procedures.
The procurement methods used by the State Lottery Commission of Indiana may include, but are not limited to:  

• Requests for Quote
• Invitations to Bid
• Requests for Proposal

IGT Indiana, LLC

IGT Indiana, LLC may also procure goods and services on behalf of the Hoosier Lottery in accordance with Lottery policies, regulations, and the Integrated Services Agreement with the Indiana State Lottery Commission.
