The Hoosier Lottery is the only lottery in the United States named after its people rather than the state. The mission of the Hoosier Lottery is to return maximum net income to the state in a socially responsible manner. The Indiana State Lottery Commission governs the Hoosier Lottery and in 2012, it entered into an agreement with IGT Indiana to provide a variety of services. Together, the State Lottery Commission of Indiana and IGT Indiana bring the Hoosier Lottery to players across the state.
