$25,000 win results in family jumping for joy

Tyler Lawrence, who enjoys playing both Scratch-offs and Draw games, won $25,000 on the $20 $25,000 Deluxe Cash Scratch-off. After he purchased the Deluxe Cash ticket, he decided to scratch it off while eating at a restaurant. Tyler thought his eyes were playing tricks on him when he saw the winning $25,000 prize on the ticket.
