Jeffrey Cahill of Bloomington could not believe it when he won $20,000 while playing the popular Scratch-off $20 Power 20s.

Jeffrey was at Kroger buying a case of water for his pregnant daughter when he decided to purchase a couple of Scratch-offs. He scratched the first one and was thrilled to see he won the game’s top prize of $20,000!

Jeffrey immediately told his son, who was thrilled for him. When the construction worker told several of his co-workers and friends, they were all very happy for him.

Jeffrey plans to put his prize money in savings.
