After a long day coaching youth soccer, Kristofer Dolinsky stopped to pick up a few things at the Butler Convenience Store and decided to purchase a Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off to add a little more play to his day.

Once home, the Indianapolis resident scratched the $20 Ca$hword and was thrilled to see he won $10,000! He quickly shared the news with his family, and they were all very excited for him.

Knowing he was still in the midst of a very busy soccer season, Kristofer put the ticket away for safe-keeping until he had time to go to the Hoosier Lottery’s Prize Payment office to claim his prize. About a month later Kristofer was cleaning house and came across the winning Scratch-off. With the soccer season over, he finally was able to claim his winnings.

He plans to pay a few bills and will put the rest in savings.
