A woman from Commiskey thought she was hallucinating when she won $100,000 on a Hoosier Lottery Scratch-off.

While grocery shopping, she redeemed a couple of winning Scratch-offs and used part of those winnings to purchase a $50 50X the Money. She scratched it once she was home.

“The very first box I scratched had a ‘20X’ symbol,” she said. Knowing she won something, she excitedly scratched more of the ticket. “Halfway down was another ‘20X’ symbol, and I thought I had to be seeing things. This couldn’t be real.”

It was indeed real. She had just won the $100,000 top prize!

Anxious to share her good news, she went over to her daughter’s house and showed her the ticket. “Oh my gosh, you won $50,000!” her daughter exclaimed upon seeing the ticket.

“Look again,” the woman told her.

Her daughter’s eyes widened when she realized her mom had won double that amount, and the two women celebrated.
