William Collins Jr. of Chandler stays pretty busy working at CrossPoint Polymers as well as his local golf course. Once in a while, he likes to play Hoosier Lottery Scratch-offs for the fun they provide.

When William walked past a Hoosier Lottery vending machine, the $5 JURASSIC PARK Scratch-off caught his eye. Intrigued, he purchased one and scratched it once he was home.

He looked the ticket over after scratching it and wasn’t sure whether he had won anything. He scanned it on the Hoosier Lottery’s app and was shocked to see a message stating the prize was too big to be claimed at a retailer. He took another look at the ticket and couldn’t believe his eyes—he had won the $75,000 top prize!

“I kept thinking, ‘No way!’” William said about that moment.

Once the reality sunk in, he called his sister and his son to share the good news. “I think they celebrated more than me,” he laughed.

William plans to pay a few bills with his winnings and will put the rest in savings.
