Sign up by visiting HoosierLottery.com/myLOTTERY or from the FREE Hoosier Lottery app. To download the app, visit the app store:
On the website, find “Register” in the upper right corner throughout the site or by clicking “Create Account” on the myLOTTERY page. Simply fill out the information and create a password.
In the Hoosier Lottery app, find “Join myLOTTERY” in the upper right of the home screen or by tapping on the main menu in the upper left corner.
NOTE: your information MUST match your ID if entering promotions and claiming a prize.
Visit HoosierLottery.com, click “Sign In” in the top right corner, then click the “Forgot Password” link in the pop-up login window. You will be instructed to enter the email associated with your myLOTTERY account, and you will be sent an email with a password reset link. We also suggest you add info@hoosierlottery.com to your address book and/or safe sender list. Password emails may take several minutes to arrive. Please check junk, spam, or promotion folders if you are unable to locate the temporary password email in your inbox. If these steps do not work, contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or 1-800-955-6886. Provide them with the email associated with your myLOTTERY account.
You can also open the Hoosier Lottery app and tap “Join myLOTTERY” in the top right corner. Tap “Forgotten Password”. Visit HoosierLottery.com, click “Sign In” in the top right corner, then click your Name to access your profile. Click the profile tab. Enter your new password in the “New Password” field. Reenter the password in the “Confirm New Password” field. Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.

NOTE: to claim a 2nd Chance prize, you will need to provide the ticket you entered. Keep your tickets until all prizes have been claimed.
If you receive an Invalid Ticket Entry message, first check if the ticket is a non-winner and eligible for a current 2nd Chance promotion. You can scan your ticket on the Hoosier Lottery app or visit a retailer to see if it’s a winning ticket.
For a list of current 2nd Chance promotions, visit HoosierLottery.com/2ndChance or HoosierLottery.com/myLOTTERY. If eligible, your ticket can be scanned on the mobile app to enter. Or entered manually on the website HoosierLottery.com/2ndChance. Verify that you're entering the right promotion and game. Select the correct game if there are multiple games in the promotion.
Ensure you haven’t already entered the ticket. You can view your 2nd Chance entries on the "Promotion Entries" tab within your myLOTTERY profile. For Scratch-offs, the barcode and 6-character alphanumeric code is on the front of the ticket, under the "Scratch to Cash" area. For Draw games and Fast Play, the barcode is located on the front of the ticket at the bottom. For further assistance, you may contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or 1-800-955-6886.
If you’re an Indiana resident, the prize pack may be shipped to an Indiana address or picked up in person at the Indianapolis Prize Payment Center.

If you plan to pick up your prize, please inform a Hoosier Lottery representative at least 24 hours in advance of the day and time you plan to claim at the Indianapolis office to ensure we have your prize waiting for you when you arrive.
First, tell the retailer which Hoosier Lottery game the coupon is for before scanning the barcode (e.g., Scratch-off, Draw, Fast Play). Then, show your birthday email to the retailer and have the barcode scanned at a participating Hoosier Lottery retailer or select vending machines. Each coupon is one-time use only and will be voided after it is scanned. If you print the coupon, make sure to print it 100% in size. Low-quality prints or small sizes can make it hard to scan the barcode. If the expiration date is valid and you are still unable to redeem, contact Customer Service at info@hoosierlottery.com or call 1-800-955-6886. Provide Customer Service with the retail store name and address where they are unable to redeem your coupon.
If you did not receive the emailed coupon, confirm that you are an active myLOTTERY member. Ensure that you are logged into your myLOTTERY account either on the website or Hoosier Lottery app within the last six months. Then, check your preferences in your myLOTTERY profile to see if you are opted into “Special Promotions and Coupon Offers.” Be sure to click “SAVE” before closing the page.
Birthday coupons are sent to your myLOTTERY account’s email address at the beginning of your birthday month (not on the day of your birthday). Log into your myLOTTERY account and verify that the email address in the system is current and where you want your birthday coupons sent.Login to your myLOTTERY account to review your profile information and make the desired changes to your account.
