Cindy Lawson of Fort Wayne loves to thrift and find deals. She’s often on the road looking for treasures in Shipshewana and other northern Indiana towns. Currently retired, Cindy is exploring what to do next. She’s excited to travel and see more of the U.S., so she’s thinking of getting her CDL and becoming a professional driver. She’s open to adventure and spontaneity!

Cindy’s desire for unexpected fun is why she enjoys playing Daily 4. She has played for many years and won $27,000 a few years ago. 

Like usual, Cindy purchased her ticket from the Marathon up the street from her house. She played her regular numbers, which have ties to family members and friends. It was the middle of the night, and Cindy got up to use the restroom. While she was up, she thought to check her ticket from the evening drawing and saw that she had won a combined total of $40,500! 

Even though it was 2 a.m., Cindy called her son to tell him about the big win. He was in disbelief but incredibly happy for his mother. 

Cindy plans to put the prize money in the bank as she figures out the next chapter in her life.
