VINCENNES 19-YEAR-OLD WINS $250,000.

Tyler Bilskie has only been able to play Hoosier Lottery games for about a year, and he’s now $250,000 richer.

The 19-year-old from Vincennes purchased his first $30 Scratch-off and hit big. He used money he won on a different Scratch-off to purchase a $30 $7,000,000 Mega Ca$h. He bought the ticket at Stop-N-Go in Vincennes.

Tyler went back to his friend’s house and scratched the ticket in the driveway. Once he saw the prize, he immediately called his dad. His dad didn’t believe him, so he drove over to show him the ticket in person.

“It’s just kind of unbelievable,” Tyler said while claiming the prize at Hoosier Lottery headquarters in Indianapolis. “I always thought about winning the lottery, but I didn’t think I would actually hit, especially this early in my lifetime.”

Tyler plans to fix up his truck and be smart with the rest of his winnings. He will soon begin working for his family’s flooring business.
