Sitting at home one evening, Frank picked up five $10 Double Red 77 Scratch-offs he had purchased and began scratching them. The first four were non-winners, but when he scratched the fifth one, Frank was stunned when it revealed the $277,000 top prize!

“I was shaking,” he said. “I think I got about two hours of sleep I was so excited!”

Frank quickly shared his news with his mother and brother-in-law, who were both very happy for him.

Frank plans to use his winnings to buy a house.
