The Hammond City firefighter bought the winning ticket from a Scratch-off vending machine at Witham’s Save-a-Stop in Hammond. His coworkers at the firehouse say he’s a lucky guy.

Robert plans to pay off some bills with the prize money, including some expenses from his adult daughter’s recent wedding.
