Mischelle Harriman and her husband own their own business in Martinsville. When she’s not busy with that, Mischelle likes to spend time on her favorite hobbies—photography and laser engraving. She also likes to occasionally play the Hoosier Lottery.

When she stopped to get gas one day, she bought a few Quick Draw tickets. Later that night, she remembered her tickets and pulled them out to see whether she had won anything. When one ticket showed she won $15,000, Mischelle started shaking in disbelief.

“I couldn’t believe it,” she said. “I thought maybe it’s just $15. Could it be $150?”

She showed the ticket to her husband, who was also shocked. He adjusted his glasses and asked, “Is that fifteen THOUSAND?!” Mischelle was very happy to tell him it was.

Mischelle plans to put her winnings in savings for now.
