Terry Hill has worked on the fleet services team for the City of Indianapolis for more than 38 years and says he can fix just about any vehicle at this point in his career.

Terry enjoys playing Scratch-offs while he drinks his morning coffee. He had won $10,000 playing the lottery years ago, but his recent $50,000 top prize win playing $30 Extreme Cash topped that.

Terry scratched his winning ticket in the store and realized that he won the top prize. He then went to pick up his wife from the grocery store, and as they were loading groceries into the car, he said, “Guess what happened?” He then showed his wife the winning ticket, and she was elated about the news.

Terry plans to put the prize money toward a down payment on a house and use some as extra spending money on an upcoming vacation.
