Brian Foster of Kokomo works for a car dealership and enjoys hunting, fishing and watching Notre Dame football when he is not working. He also likes to play Daily 4, and in fact, has been playing it for years.

Brian and his wife were in New Buffalo, MI, when Brian decided to check his numbers. Sitting in his car in a parking lot, Brian opened the Hoosier Lottery app and scanned one of his tickets. When the screen displayed a message stating “See retailer,” Brian was excited to know he just won $26,000!

The first and only person he told was his wife, who was in the car sitting next to him. He waited to tell the rest of his friends and family because he wanted it to be a surprise.

Brian plans on using some of the prize money to pay bills and will invest the rest.
