Stanley Parker of Indianapolis is retired and likes to play the Hoosier Lottery’s popular Draw game Daily 4 for fun. He typically stops at a gas station near his house to buy tickets and then checks his numbers the next morning.

One morning when Stanley looked up the previous night’s winning numbers, he was excited when he saw they were his numbers and realized he won $10,000. “Just shocked and happy,” was how Stanley described his feelings at that moment.
