Though Lamarr Willis grew up in Indiana, he has always been a Dallas Cowboys football fan. To be fair, the Colts were still in Baltimore when Lamarr was a child, so he picked the Cowboys because of their uniforms.

Lamarr may be a Dallas Cowboys fan, but he’s a Hoosier at heart as a long-time Hoosier Lottery player. He often joins the work pool to purchase Powerball® tickets. He also likes to play Quick Draw and CA$H 5 on his own.

Lamarr purchased a Quick Draw ticket and later scanned it on the Hoosier Lottery app to see if he won. When he received a message about having to contact the Hoosier Lottery about his prize, he knew he
won a substantial amount. Lamarr was thrilled when he realized he won $12,000 and was just one number away from winning $1 million!

Christmas presents for his two grandchildren were first on Lamarr’s list of things to use the prize money for. He also plans to give money to his church and put the rest in the bank.
