Wayne and his fiancée scratched the tickets in their car in the parking lot and were stunned to see they had won the $70,000 top prize! Not wanting to draw attention, Wayne put the ticket in his wallet and quietly left.

The couple plans to use the prize money to move into a new home and buy a newer car.
