Hoosier wins $25,000 Top Prize on Scratch-off

While standing in line at the gas station, Craig Conklin noticed that the person in front of him purchased four $20 $25,000 Deluxe Cash Scratch-offs. He took interest and decided to follow suit, buying one for himself. While he was pumping his gas, he decided to scratch his ticket and immediately realized he had just won a $25,000 Top Prize.

Craig couldn’t believe what he was seeing so he sent a picture of the Scratch-off to his brother-in-law to see if he could verify the result. After he reviewed the ticket, he immediately called Craig and kept shouting, “You won!” Craig was shocked and overwhelmed with joy.
