While Sunday Ayangade was at the Hoosier Lottery headquarters to claim a prize, he noticed the CA$H 5 jackpot was over $350,000, so he decided to purchase a ticket while cashing out. He put the ticket away and did not think about it again until he was on his way home to Indianapolis from his niece’s graduation in Valparaiso.

At a gas station along the way, he decided to scan his ticket and was instructed to “See Retailer.” Having seen this message before, he assumed he had won a few thousand dollars. It was not until he arrived at the Hoosier Lottery Headquarters days later to claim his prize that he realized he had won the $392,750 jackpot!
Sunday plans to pay off his house and car with the prize money.
