Before Jason Stevens traveled to Michigan for the 4^th of July weekend, he picked up Scratch-offs and stuffed them in his car’s center console. Jason forgot about the tickets until four days later when he scratched off a $10,000 prize while playing the $10 Million Dollar Spectacular Scratch-off. After realizing that he won, Jason called his identical twin brother, who lives across the street, and asked him to come over and check out his tickets. Jason’s brother was skeptical, but then congratulated his twin on his big win.
