Charles Cox keeps busy by working part-time for the city of Crawfordsville, where he resides. Each day, the 86-year-old enjoys playing Scratch-offs, especially those that take a little extra time to play such as crosswords. And though Charles has won prizes throughout the years, his friends and family like to tease him about when he will win a big prize. On July 11, Charles won a top prize of $50,000 playing Wild Cherry Crossword Tripler Scratch-off. When he realized he had won, he called his son to share the good news. “He finally won the big one” his son said.

Charles plans to share his prize money with his son and two daughters. He is also considering buying a new truck.
