For over 45 years, retired Air Force veteran Julianne Hutson has worked at a travel agency, helping others plan unforgettable vacations. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors and playing Hoosier Lottery games for the excitement they bring. 

Now, she is planning a trip of her own. 

Julianne won the $100,000 Top Prize playing the Hoosier Lottery’s $50 50X The Money Scratch-off. She purchased the ticket at the Marathon gas station across from the fairgrounds in Lafayette. 

She stopped in to grab a few tickets and scratched them before heading to the counter. 

“I couldn’t believe that I had won. I kept looking to make sure,” Julianne said. 

She plans to use her winnings to take an Emerald Sea cruise along the Danube. She also wants to put up a fence in her backyard and will save the rest.
