RULES AND PROCEDURES GOVERNING THE HOOSIER LOTTERY 2026 myLOTTERY INDIANA FEVER ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES

The State Lottery Commission of Indiana (“Lottery” or “Hoosier Lottery”), hereby promulgates these rules and procedures (“Official Rules”) governing the Hoosier Lottery 2026 myLOTTERY Indiana Fever Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes ("Promotion”) in accordance with 65 IAC 1-7-4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. This Promotion is open to players who become eligible for participation by complying with these rules and procedures.

A. PURPOSE
The Promotion will be held to support the Lottery's member program (myLOTTERY) by providing myLOTTERY members the opportunity to enter the Promotion on the Hoosier Lottery website (https://hoosierlottery.com/Fever) for a chance to win one (1) of seven (7) prize packages (one (1) Grand Prize and six (6) Secondary Prizes). Descriptions of the prizes are found below.

1. All dates listed within these Official Rules are subject to change based on WNBA Scheduling. 
2. The Promotion will be conducted in accordance with all applicable statutes, regulations, and rules and will occur at the following times for the listed Prizes:

3. myLOTTERY prize pack items awarded will be at discretion of the Lottery.
4. Retail value(s) reflect unautographed merchandise. Retail value of hand signed merchandise is subject to fluctuation based on the featured player and current market value at the time of prize award.
5. The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives or friends. Winners will be listed at HoosierLottery.com/Fever.
6. Prize winners and their guests must agree to comply with all WNBA arena and/or venue rules (as well as any event-specific rules and regulations), all Indiana Fever rules, all Gainbridge Fieldhouse rules, all regulations relating to the use of WNBA regular and post-season tickets (as applicable) and all regulations at all events related to this Promotion and, in accordance therewith, agree not to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with any intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at such game. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of prize or prize element. 
7. Guest(s) of winner must be at least 18 years of age or older unless child or legal ward of the winner.

D. ELIGIBILITY

1. This Promotion is open to legal residents of Indiana who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. State Lottery Commission of Indiana members, officers, and employees, and any relative(s) (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and/or person(s) residing in the same household of such member, officer, or employee are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.  This restriction applies mutatis mutandis to the Lottery’s Integrated Service Provider, Brightstar Lottery Indiana LLC, (“Brightstar”). 
3. Members, directors, officers, or employees of a major procurement vendor of the Hoosier Lottery and/or Brightstar, and any relative(s) (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and/or person(s) residing in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
4. Employees and immediate families of employees (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of Fever Basketball, LLC d/b/a Indiana Fever (“Fever”), the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective directors, officers, owners, members, employees and agents are not able to enter or win this Promotion. 
5. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

E. HOW TO PARTICIPATE  

1. To enter, a participant must visit hoosierlottery.com/Fever, click “ENTER NOW” and confirm myLOTTERY account details or sign up for myLOTTERY which is free.
2. If an entrant does not have a myLOTTERY account, the entrant can sign up for a free account by selecting “CREATE AN ACCOUNT” on the Promotion’s web page or at www.HoosierLottery.com/myLOTTERY to register and complete the myLOTTERY account sign up. 
3. Once the entrant confirms their account on the Promotion’s web page, entrants must confirm their name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Entrant’s name must match the name on their government-issued ID. 
4. An entrant may only enter the Promotion once. Duplicate entries will be removed at the time of the Drawing. 
5. An automated “Thank You” message will be displayed to notify the participant of a completed entry into the Promotion. The “Thank You” message notification is only evidence that an entry has been received and does not indicate that the entry is valid.
6. All entries submitted in the manner as described in these Official Rules will be eligible for an entry in this Promotion. Hand delivered or mailed in entries will not be accepted for this Promotion and will be deemed invalid and destroyed.

F. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning a prize are dependent upon the total number of entrants.

G. DRAWING, WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZE

1. Seven (7) total winners will be selected. Winners will be selected from among all entries received by using a random number generator from random.org under the supervision of a member of the Hoosier Lottery Security team.
2. Eight (8) alternate winners will be selected. These alternate winners will also be selected using the random number generator from random.org under the supervision of a member of the Lottery Security team, after all potential winners for each Drawing have been selected. Alternates will be matched to prizes in descending order as winners are disqualified or decline the prize.
3. The selected winners for this Promotion will be notified via email and/or phone provided from the participant’s myLOTTERY member account.
4. Grand Prize winner must submit a valid claim form and provide a valid government ID at any Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Center (Indianapolis, Evansville, Mishawaka).
   • Claim forms may be requested by and submitted electronically to/from a Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Center employee using encrypted email, solely to and from a @HoosierLottery.in.gov email address, if travel to a Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Center is not feasible during timeframe to claim prize. 
     1. All encrypted communication will originate from and be sent to a @HoosierLottery.in.gov email address and must remain within the encrypted email chain for the digital claim form to remain valid. 
   • Winner will need to provide social security number on claim form.
5. Proxy representatives are allowed for the Grand Prize Winner’s Honorary Team Captain recognition opportunity for two (2). The Hoosier Lottery reserves the right to appoint a proxy(s) to appear and participate in the on-court “myLOTTERY Indiana Fever Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes” promotion prize for any reason at the Lottery’s sole discretion. 
   • The appointment of any proxy shall not affect the Grand Prize Winner’s other prizes or tax liability. 
   • Any appointed proxy(s) agrees to comply with all rules and procedures set forth in these Official Rules for this Promotion. 
6. Secondary Prize winners must provide a valid government ID either in person at any Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Center (Indianapolis, Evansville, Mishawaka) or via encrypted email.
7. Upon timely presentation of winner information, the entry will be validated, and eligibility will be verified as in Section D outlined above.
8. Upon notification, the winner will have four (4) business days to respond and to claim prize. If a selected winner fails to respond within the designated time, an alternate will be selected. The alternate will have four (4) business days to respond and to claim prize. If all alternates are exhausted, then the prize will be forfeited.
9. If the Grand Prize Winner declines or forfeits the prize, the next winner selected will be offered the Grand Prize and so on until the Grand Prize is claimed. Once the Grand Prize is claimed, the remaining winners will be contacted in order as Secondary Prize winners.
10. Physical prizes will be provided in-person if claiming at Hoosier Lottery Headquarters, located at 1302 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. If claiming elsewhere, the prize will be shipped to winner’s address, which must be within Indiana. Game tickets will be provided electronically. Games will be awarded in chronological order in which they are claimed.

H. GENERAL RULES AND PROVISIONS

1. The rules and procedures set forth in these Official Rules shall govern this Promotion. These rules may be amended at any time by the Hoosier Lottery without advance notice.
2. The Lottery’s Executive Director or her designee may, at any time, announce a suspension or termination of the Promotion, without advance notice and in the Executive Director’s sole discretion, at which point no prize shall be awarded. None of the Lottery, the Executive Director, Brightstar, Fever, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC or any employee thereof, shall be liable for such termination.
3. By participating in the Promotion each person agrees to comply with and abide by Indiana law, rules, and regulations as well as the terms and conditions of the Lottery website and all final decisions, policies, or procedures of the Lottery in relation to the conduct of this Promotion. Any dispute arising which relates to any aspect of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Indiana. 
4. In the event of a dispute arising out of these Official Rules, the entrant’s remedy is limited to entry in another promotion with prizes of a similar value.
5. The Lottery, Brightstar, Fever, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and their agents are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of Promotion, failure to receive claim, winner, or other Promotion information for any reason whatsoever.
6. The Lottery, Brightstar, Fever, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and their agents are not responsible for issues with account accessibility or Promotion entries due to technical problems associated to software, hardware compatibility or internet access. 
7. Except where prohibited by law, in consideration for being permitted to participate in this Promotion and the opportunity to win the prizes offered in this Promotion, each entrant hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, performance, personal statements and/or biographical information in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Lottery, Brightstar, Fever and/or the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, licensees, successors and assigns.
8. At the time of claim, for the Grand Prize level, the Lottery will determine if the prize winner has an outstanding debt to the state, owes delinquent taxes, or is past due on child support pursuant to IC 4-30-11-11. If a debt is discovered, the potential winner will be required to pay the balance prior to the claim deadline. If the potential winner does not pay the outstanding debt, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be contacted.  
9. Relevant IRS and State tax forms will be provided to winners when required. The Hoosier Lottery advises its customers to consult with a tax professional when preparing taxes. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at Hoosier Lottery’s option for a prize of comparable or greater value. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to, meals, transportation, merchandise, parking, tips and gratuities. 
10. By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees to follow these Official Rules and forever releases, discharges, and waives any and all claims, liabilities and actions of any kind, howsoever caused or arising and whether by negligence, any intentional act or otherwise, that entrant may have or that may arise against the Hoosier Lottery, Brightstar, Facebook, Instagram, Fever, the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams, WNBA Enterprises, LLC and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities, as well as each of the aforementioned parties’ respective associates, directors, officers, owners, shareholders, partners, members, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), with respect to or arising directly or indirectly, out of, or in any way connected with, (i) entrant’s participation in this Promotion; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizes) awarded in this Promotion. By entering, each entrant further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties and their insurers against any and all damages, costs, judgments, or expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees or other legal fees) they may incur as a result of claims made against them in connection with either (i) entrant’s participation in this Promotion; or (ii) the receipt or use of the prizes (including but not limited to the substitution or changing of any prizes) awarded in this Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta or Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Lottery and/or Brightstar and not Meta or Instagram.
11. The Lottery and Brightstar will be collecting personal data about Participants online, in accordance with their privacy policies, as posted on https://hoosierlottery.com/privacy-policy and https://privacy.brightstarlottery.com/policies. By participating in the Promotion, Participants consent to the Lottery’s and Brightstar’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Lottery’s and Brightstar’s privacy policies.

This Promotion is sponsored and administered by Brightstar Indiana, LLC on behalf of the State Lottery Commission of Indiana, 1302 N. Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202.
