RULES AND PROCEDURES GOVERNING myLOTTERY 2026 GRAND SLAM GIVEAWAY PROMOTION

The State Lottery Commission of Indiana ("Hoosier Lottery" or "Lottery" or "Sponsor"), by its Executive Director, hereby promulgates these rules and procedures ("Official Rules") governing the myLOTTERY Grand Slam Giveaway ("Promotion"), authorized pursuant to 65 IAC 1-7-1. This Promotion is open to players who become eligible for participation by complying with these Official Rules. 

A. PURPOSE

The Promotion will be conducted to support the Lottery's member program (myLOTTERY) and exemplify member exclusive benefits by providing myLOTTERY members the opportunity to enter the Promotion for a chance to win one (1) of eleven (11) prize packages. Prize packages include one (1) Grand Prize package and ten (10) Secondary Prize packages. Descriptions of the prizes are below.

1. The Promotion period will begin at 12:00 AM (ET) on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 and the Promotion entry deadline will be at 11:59 PM (ET) on Tuesday, June 16, 2026.

1. Promotion drawings will be conducted by the Hoosier Lottery in accordance with all applicable statutes, rules and drawing procedures.
2. Promotion drawings will occur on or about the following dates for the listed prizes:

1. The Promotion is open to players eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry who have a myLOTTERY account and are Indiana residents.
2. State Lottery Commission of Indiana members, officers, and employees, and any relative(s) residing in the same household of such Hoosier Lottery member, officer, or employee are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. This restriction applies mutatis mutandis to the Lottery’s Integrated Services Provider, Brightstar Lottery Indiana LLC, (“Brightstar”).
3. Members, directors, officers, or employees of a major procurement vendor of the Hoosier Lottery and/or IGT Indiana, the MLB Entities, the PDL Entities, and any relative(s) residing in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. "MLB Entities" means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLB"), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities. "PDL Entities" means MLB Professional Developments Leagues, LLC ("PDL"), each PDL Club, each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which now or in the future controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with PDL and the PDL Clubs, and all officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and members of those entities
4. Winner and guests will be required to sign a release prior to being awarded the Prize. If a guest is a minor, a legal guardian will be required to sign a release on behalf of minor.
5. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. 

1. Entrants can enter the promotion during the Promotion Period by visiting www.HoosierLottery.com/Baseball to sign in or create and/or verify a myLOTTERY account. 
2. Entrants must have a current myLOTTERY account in good standing to enter this Promotion.
3. If an entrant does not have a myLOTTERY account, the entrant can sign up for a free account by selecting "CREATE AN ACCOUNT" on the Promotion's web page or at www.HoosierLottery.com/mylottery to register and complete the myLOTTERY account sign up. 
4. Once the entrant confirms their account on the promotion's web page, entrants must provide their name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. Name must match government-issued ID to claim prize.
5. An entrant may only enter the Promotion once. Duplicate entries will be removed at the time of the Drawing.
6. An automated "Thank You" message will notify the entrant of a completed entry into the Promotion. The "Thank You" message is only evidence that an entry has been received and does not indicate that the entry is valid.
7. All entries submitted in the manner as described in these Official Rules will be eligible for an entry in this Promotion. Hand delivered or mailed in entries will not be accepted for this Promotion and will be deemed invalid and destroyed.

F.   ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning any prize are dependent upon the total number of valid entries in each drawing of this Promotion.

G.   DRAWING, WINNER NOTIFICATION, AND CLAIMING OF PRIZE 

1. Winners of this Promotion will be selected from among all eligible entries received by using a random number generator from random.org under the supervision of a member of the Lottery Security team. A total of ten (10) alternates will be drawn.
2. Entries selected as winners for this Promotion will be notified in writing via email and/or via phone. Winners and/or alternates who fail to complete and return all requested forms within six (6) business days will automatically forfeit the prize.
3. Upon timely presentation of winner information, the entry will be validated and eligibility will be verified as described in Section D ("Eligibility").
4. The first winner selected will be offered the Grand Prize. If the Grand Prize winner is disqualified or declines, the first drawn Secondary Prize winner will be notified as the Grand Prize winner. This process will continue until the Grand Prize is claimed.
5. Grand Prize winner must submit a valid claim form and provide a valid government ID at any Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Center (Indianapolis, Evansville, Mishawaka). Winner will need to provide social security number on claim form.
6. Secondary Prize winners must provide a valid government ID either in person at any Hoosier Lottery Prize Payment Center (Indianapolis, Evansville, Mishawaka) or via email.
7. Once the Grand Prize is claimed, the remaining Secondary Prize winners will be contacted in order as Secondary Prize winners. If all Secondary Prize winners are disqualified or decline, the first drawn alternate will be notified as winner of the Secondary Prize. This process will continue until all Secondary Prizes are claimed or until all alternates are exhausted.
8. If all alternate entries are exhausted after the Lottery follows the process in this Section G, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and will not be awarded.
9. After the Hoosier Lottery has verified and notified all winners, information will be posted on hoosierlottery.com.
10. Prizes awarded during this Promotion are not transferable. 
11. The $700 prize, for taxes, for the Grand Prize winner will be paid after claim has been validated to assist with any tax liability. Before the claim is paid, the Lottery will determine if the prize winner has an outstanding debt to the state, owes delinquent taxes, or is past due on child support pursuant to IC 4-30-11-11. If a debt is discovered, the potential winner will be required to pay the balance prior to the claim deadline. If the potential winner does not pay the outstanding debt, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be contacted.
12. Federal and state withholding tax will not be withheld or deposited by the Hoosier Lottery on behalf of the winner. Relevant IRS forms will be provided to winners when required. The Hoosier Lottery advises winners to consult with a tax professional when preparing their taxes. Additional costs, taxes, including state and federal taxes, fees and expenses associated with the acceptance of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.  No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize permitted except at Hoosier Lottery's option for a prize of comparable or greater value. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the winner's responsibility, including but not limited to merchandise, parking (except for Grand Prize), tips and gratuities.
13. A Promotion winner may be required to participate in publicity and marketing efforts. Examples include an interview with Hoosier Lottery individuals, television, radio and/or newspaper reporters and/or photographers/videographers. This information may be used in future media, the Hoosier Lottery's website, in store Point of Purchase materials or other marketing efforts without consent, notice or compensation to Promotion winners.
14. For MLB Game Tickets: Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the applicable prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Each winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction(s) of residence unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of any prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Each winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to any winner and/or their guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Sponsor and the MLB Entities will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

H.   GENERAL RULES AND PROVISIONS

1. The rules and procedures set forth in these Official Rules shall govern this Promotion. These rules may be amended at any time by the Hoosier Lottery without advance notice.
2. The Executive Director or her designee may, at any time, announce a suspension or termination of this Promotion without advance notice and in the Executive Director’s sole discretion, at which point no further entries will be accepted and no additional Prizes shall be awarded. The Hoosier Lottery, the Executive Director, and any employee of the Hoosier Lottery, Brightstar or member of the State Lottery Commission of Indiana, shall not be liable for any such termination.
3. By participating in the Promotion each person agrees to comply with and abide by Indiana law, rules, and regulations as well as the terms and conditions of the Lottery website and all final decisions, policies, or procedures of the Hoosier Lottery in relation to the conduct of this Promotion. Disputes related to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of Indiana.
4. In the event of a dispute arising out of these Official Rules, the entrant's remedy is limited to entry in another promotion with prizes of a similar value.
5. The Hoosier Lottery and its agents are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, failure to receive entry, winner information, or other contest information for any reason whatsoever.
6. The Hoosier Lottery and its agents are not responsible for issues with myLOTTERY account accessibility or Promotion entries due to technical problems associated to software, hardware compatibility or internet access.
7. By entering this Promotion, all Promotion participants agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and waive any claims against the Hoosier Lottery, including IGT Indiana, the MLB Entities, and any of their affiliates, associates, directors, officers, agents, representatives and assigns arising directly or indirectly, out of, or in any way connected with, this Promotion or the prizes awarded in connection therewith.
8. This Promotion is in no way sponsored by any of the MLB Entities or PDL Entities.
