RULES AND PROCEDURES GOVERNING THE HOOSIER LOTTERY myLOTTERY SKEE-BALL MACHINE GIVEAWAY

The State Lottery Commission of Indiana ("Hoosier Lottery" or "Lottery"), hereby promulgates these rules and procedures ("Official Rules") governing the Hoosier Lottery's myLOTTERY SKEE-BALL® Giveaway ("Promotion") in accordance with 65 IAC 1-7-4. The Promotion is open to players who become eligible for participation by complying with these rules and procedures. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

A. PURPOSE
The Promotion will be held to support the Hoosier Lottery's loyalty program (myLOTTERY) by providing members the opportunity to enter the Hoosier Lottery's myLOTTERY SKEE-BALL® Giveaway drawing, which will award three (3) Grand Prizes of a SKEE-BALL® Home Arcade Deluxe machine or $1,000 cash option via check, myLOTTERY merchandise and Scratch-offs; and five (5) Secondary prizes of a table-top SKEE-BALL® game, myLOTTERY merchandise and Scratch-offs.

B. PROMOTION PERIOD & DRAWING DESCRIPTION

1. The Promotion period will begin on or about 12:00am (ET) on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, and the final entry deadline shall be at 11:59pm (ET) Sunday, August 7, 2022. The drawing will be held on or about Wednesday, August 10, 2022.

C. PROMOTION & PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS

1. The drawing will be conducted in accordance with all applicable statutes, regulations, rules and procedures and will occur on or about the following day for the listed prizes:

D. ELIGIBILITY

1. This Promotion is open to individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older and are Indiana residents.
2. State Lottery Commission of Indiana members, officers, and employees, and any relative(s) residing in the same household of such Hoosier Lottery member, officer, or employee are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. This restriction applies mutatis mutandis to the Lottery's Integrated Service Provider, IGT Indiana, LLC ("IGT").
3. Members, directors, officers, or employees of a major procurement vendor of the Hoosier Lottery and/or IGT, and any relative(s) residing in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.

E. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. Players can enter the promotion by visiting www.hoosierlottery.com/SKEEBALL
2. Participants must have a current myLOTTERY account in good standing.
3. 3.    If a player does not have a myLOTTERY account they can sign up for a free account on the promotion's web page or at www.hoosierlottery.com/mylottery.
4. Once the player confirms their account on the promotion’s web page, players must provide their name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
5. A player may only enter the drawing in the Promotion once. Duplicate entries will be removed at the time of the drawing.
6. An automated "Thank You" message will notify the player of a completed entry into the Promotion. The "Thank You" message is only evidence that an entry has been received and does not indicate that the entry is valid.
7. All entries submitted in the manner as described in these Official Rules will be eligible for an entry in this Promotion. Hand delivered or mailed in entries will not be accepted for this Promotion and will be deemed invalid and destroyed.

F. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning a Prize are dependent upon the total number of entries received.

G. DRAWING, WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIMING OF PRIZE

1. The winners of this Promotion will be selected from among all eligible entries received by using a random number generator from random.org under the supervision of a member of the Lottery Security team. A total of eight (8) alternates will be selected for the drawing.
2. The selected winners for this Promotion will be notified via email provided from the participant’s myLOTTERY member account.
3. Upon timely presentation of winner information, the entry will be validated, and eligibility will be verified as in Section D outlined above.
4. Upon notification, the winner will have five (5) days to respond and to claim prize. If a selected winner fails to respond within the designated time an alternate will be selected. If all alternates are exhausted, then the prize will be forfeited.
5. Prizes will be shipped to winners’ desired address.

H. GENERAL RULES AND PROVISIONS

1. The rules and procedures set forth in these Official Rules shall govern this Promotion. These rules may be amended at any time by the Hoosier Lottery without advance notice.
2. The Lottery's Executive Director or her designee may, at any time, announce a suspension or termination of the Promotion, without advance notice and in the Executive Director's sole discretion, at which point no Prize shall be awarded. The Lottery, the Executive Director, IGT or any employee thereof, shall not be liable for such termination.
3. By participating in the Promotion each person agrees to comply with and abide by the laws, rules, and regulations of the State of Indiana as well as the terms and conditions of the Lottery website and all final decisions, policies, or procedures of the Lottery in relation to the conduct of this Promotion. Any dispute arising which relates to any aspect of this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
4. In the event of a dispute arising out of these Official Rules, the player's remedy is limited to entry in another Promotion with prizes of a similar value.
5. The Lottery, IGT and their agents are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to or alterations of Promotion, failure to receive claim, winner, or other Promotion information for any reason whatsoever.
6. The Hoosier Lottery and IGT are not responsible for issues with account accessibility or Promotion entries due to technical problems associated to software, hardware compatibility or internet access.
7. By entering this Promotion, all participants agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and waive any claims against the Hoosier Lottery, IGT, and any of the affiliates, associates, owners, directors, officers, agents, representatives and assigns thereof arising directly or indirectly, out of, or in any way connected with, this Promotion or the Prize awarded in connection therewith. Each participant also agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or any Prize being awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Indiana.
