Upon scanning the ticket with the Hoosier Lottery app, not even Zachary thought it would come back with so many zeros! “There were so many zeros I had to scan it again!” said Zachary. He matched 4-of-5 numbers and the Powerball number resulting in a $50,000 win, which instantly turned into $100,000 because he purchased the Power Play option for an additional $1. Zachary enjoys playing Hoosier Lottery games for entertainment value. He prefers Draw games and plays Daily 3 and Daily 4 every day. Earlier in January, Zachary won $500 playing Daily 3 (on Tuesday, January 12) as a precursor to his big win on Powerball.
