Stephen, who works in sales, said his regular lottery spot, Sav-A-Step in Floyds Knobs, congratulated him on his win.
“I was stunned,” Stephen said, adding he had to ask his wife to double-check the ticket to believe he won.
He plans to put the prize money toward a riding lawn mower and a vacation.
