An Elkhart husband and wife made their weekly Scratch-off purchase and found themselves with a $100,0000 top prize win.
Jason Klug and his wife Sharon bought a $5 Hit 8 Scratch-off at the drive-thru window at the Cassopolis Quick Mart in Elkhart. They scratched the ticket in their truck, and were in disbelief of such a large win, saying there was a “comma, not a period!” The couple used the Hoosier Lottery app to confirm the win and headed home to share the news with family.
Klug plans to use the prize money to purchase a home with a large yard for their family.
