James S. was in his vehicle at Kroger when he scratched the winning ticket. He had just dropped his wife off for a one hour massage for her birthday. He said he was anxiously waiting for her to get out of the massage so he could share the good news.
James is in the National Guard, works in manufacturing and is also in school. He plans to use the prize money to pay off his car, pay off a credit card and save.
The winning ticket was purchased at Kroger, 4714 S. US Highway 41 in Terre Haute.
