Crystal W. buys a Scratch-off a couple times per month. She was drawn to this particular Scratch-off because her lucky number is seven.
When she scratched to reveal a $77,777 top prize, she wasn’t sure it was real. So, she downloaded the Hoosier Lottery app to scan the ticket. The app told her, “Congratulations!”
Crystal plans to put the money toward a car for a family member and payments toward her own car.
The winning ticket was purchased at Speedway, 1401 Wabash St. in Frankfort.
As of Nov. 7, 2017, three top prizes of $77,777 remained.
