An Indianapolis man said he jumped up in the hallway when he realized he won $50,000 on Powerball.
Brian Sleet plays Powerball fairly regularly. He found out he won while drinking coffee and scanning the ticket with the free Hoosier Lottery app.
Brian was already planning a trip to Las Vegas, and his prize money will now pay for the trip. He also planned to help his adult children with some of the prize money.
The winning ticket was purchased at Hoot Package Liquor, 2182 N. Illinois St., Indianapolis.
