While still in the store, he scratched the ticket and was surprised to see he won the top prize of $30,000. He also scanned the ticket before leaving the store to make sure he was reading the ticket correctly. When the screen confirmed the win, William was thrilled.
He immediately told his wife, who couldn’t believe it. A little over a year ago, William won $500,000 on a Scratch-off so he and his wife were both shocked when he won again.
The couple used the previous winnings to purchase a condo and plan to use this prize to landscape the condo and help their grandchildren.
