The Hoosier Lottery and Indiana Pacers partnered to provide a myLOTTERY member the chance to win up to $250,000 during an on-court promotion at the Jan. 25 Pacers game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
Davina Winkler of Franklin attended her first-ever professional sporting event to see the Pacers take on the Philadelphia 76ers and won $10,000 during the promotion.
As she walked off the court, Winkler said, "It felt fantastic to win $10,000! I can't believe I'm here right now!"
Winkler entered the Pacers Courtside VIP Giveaway promotion, which was a benefit of her myLOTTERY membership and required no purchase. As the grand prize winner out of more than 15,000 entries, Winkler also received two courtside floor tickets to the Jan. 25 game, a $500 Hoosier Lottery prize pack, a Pacers autographed jersey, a $100 Pacers Team Store gift certificate, a VIP pre-game experience that included watching warm-ups and Honorary Team Captain recognition on center court during the game.
Nine secondary winners won lower-level tickets to a Pacers game, a parking pass, a VIP pre-game experience, a Hoosier Lottery prize pack and an autographed Pacers jersey.
"The Hoosier Lottery is proud to partner with the Indiana Pacers throughout the season on several myLOTTERY promotions," said Sarah M. Taylor, executive director of the Hoosier Lottery. "Congratulations to Davina for winning $10,000, and to all our myLOTTERY Pacers Courtside VIP Giveaway winners!"
"Anyone thinking of entering a myLOTTERY drawing should definitely do it," said Winkler. "You have no risk--it's just an email and click away."
