The Hoosier Lottery returns to the Indiana State Fair this year to help Hoosiers add some play to their day. Throughout the fair, visitors can enjoy the newly renovated Hoosier Lottery Free Stage for the best concert value of the summer!

In addition, Hoosier Lottery Town offers fairgoers 18 and older chances to play their favorite Scratch-off, Draw and Fast Play games and participate in exclusive promotions for prizes, including: 

• “Champions of Play” Happy Hour – One player will be crowned the “Grand Champion” and win $500 each day during the “Champions of Play Happy Hour” (Happy Hour will not occur the final day of the Fair), and six other players will each win $100 to $400 during every Happy Hour. The promotion will occur from 5:00-6:15 p.m. ET. For every $10 purchase in any combination of $5 Scratch-offs, players will receive a voucher to be entered into the “Champions of Play” Happy Hour drawings. 
• Baseball Legend Meet and Greet – Former Major League Baseball player and Indianapolis Indians fan favorite Razor Shines will be at Hoosier Lottery Town for a meet and greet with Fairgoers and to help kick off the “Champions of Play” Happy Hour on Thursday, August 13, from 3:30-5:00 p.m. ET. 
• Spin in the Fun Zone – Visit Hoosier Lottery Town and purchase a $1 Hoosier Dreams Scratch-off for a chance to spin the wheel for prizes or win up to $500 instantly!
• Fun Zone Big Games – On select days, the Hoosier Lottery Big Wheel, Whirl Win and Jackpot Launch will be set up for chances to win additional Hoosier Lottery tickets and prizes.
• FREE $1 Scratch-off Giveaway – Saturday, August 15, is Hoosier Lottery Day, and fairgoers 18 and older who bring the Hoosier Lottery gate flyer voucher to Hoosier Lottery Town or the Hoosier Lottery trailer (located at Main St. and State Fair Blvd.) will receive one FREE $1 Scratch-off. Limit one per person, while supplies last.

Fairgoers of all ages are invited to visit the newly renovated Hoosier Lottery Free Stage! An exciting lineup of music and entertainment will be featured throughout the State Fair again this year, including The Spinners, The Four Tops, Busta Rhymes, Grand Funk Railroad, Gene Simmons, Don McLean, Warrant, Sammy Kershaw and the Happy Together Tour.
