Hoosier wins $40,000 Top Prize while stopping for gas

Thomas Goeing won the $40,000 Top Prize on the $3 Super Duper Bingo Scratch-off during a routine stop for gas. After fueling up, he decided to cash in a $50 prize on another Scratch-off. “I figured I’d use the ticket to buy a bunch of lower priced Scratch-offs,” said Thomas.

One of the Scratch-offs Thomas bought was the $3 Super Duper Bingo. While he was hanging out with some friends in Clarksville, Thomas pulled out his Scratch-offs and began to play. While he was scratching, one of his friends noticed that he had won the Top Prize on one of the tickets. Thomas and all of his friends were is disbelief that he had won such a large prize on a Scratch-off.

Thomas is unsure how he will spend the prize money; however, he is thinking about getting a new car.
