Stay-at-home mother of three Tiffany Johnson recently moved with her family to Hartford City to be closer to her extended family. Tiffany has always enjoyed playing the lottery and joins in the excitement of large Draw game jackpots by buying tickets. When the Mega Millions® jackpot soared to more than $500 million, Tiffany decided to play.

The day after the drawing, Tiffany’s kids had just gotten home from school when she remembered to check her ticket. After seeing she matched several numbers, Tiffany got to work researching how much she had won. She was delighted to find that she had won $10,000. 

Tiffany wanted to share the news with her husband, who was at work, but the cell service in her area had been down for a few days. Tiffany had to use Facebook Messenger to call her husband and tell him they had won. “This is crazy,” her husband responded before getting back to work.

Tiffany plans to use the prize money on summer fun for her family.
