When Loretta Lowe isn’t busy serving customers at Eva’s Pancake House in Anderson, she likes to play Hoosier Lottery Scratch-offs as a way to add a little fun to her day. After finishing her shift one day, Loretta stopped to get gas and purchase a Scratch-off.

She selected a $30 $2,000,000 Ultimate and went back to her car to scratch it. When she saw she won, Loretta couldn’t believe it. “This can’t be right,” she thought.

Seeing the store manager exit the store, Loretta hurried over to her and showed her the ticket. “Tell me I’m not dreaming,” Loretta said to her.
