Charles Hunter of Coatesville used to spend his time refereeing high school sports, but now he has hung up his sneakers and is enjoying retirement.

These days for fun, Charles plays Daily 4. He likes to pick his own numbers based on things he notices in public such as addresses, license plate numbers and the times displayed on a clock.

One day when Charles checked some of his Daily 4 tickets using the Hoosier Lottery app, he was surprised to see he won $13,500. The first and only person he told was his wife, and she thought he was joking.

Charles plans to use the prize money to repair his pool and take a vacation.
