Though he may be a temporary Hoosier as a pipeline construction contractor, David McCrary is enjoying his time in Indiana after winning $10,000 playing the Hoosier Lottery’s $50 Luxe Millions Scratch-off.  

David works seven days a week but travels home to Wisconsin to see his wife and children as often as he can. Most days, though, when he’s done working he goes back to his camper—his temporary home here in Indiana. To help pass the time at his campsite, David plays Hoosier Lottery games. 

David was making dinner one evening when he scratched his $50 Luxe Millions Scratch-off and saw that he won $10,000. To be sure, he took the ticket to the nearest gas station to be scanned. After confirming the win, David called his wife to tell her the good news. He also told his friends at work about his exciting win, and they were all very happy for him.

David plans to put his prize money toward buying a house in Wisconsin next year.
