Bethany Watson adds play to her day by playing pickleball with her sister and adult children. Bethany has grown to really enjoy the sport and is seeking a league to challenge herself next. 

“It’s a great way to stay in shape and have fun,” she says about playing pickleball. 

Another way Bethany and her husband add play to their day is by playing weekly Hoosier Lottery Draw games. Each week, they purchase tickets for the big jackpot games. 

Bethany was ready for bed when her husband asked her go to the gas station across the street to buy a Powerball® ticket. Begrudgingly, Bethany got up and went to buy their tickets. 

The following week, Bethany’s husband took their tickets to the same gas station to see if they had won before buying more, as he usually does. The clerk handed him a print-out that told him the prize he won was too large to cash at retail and to call the Hoosier Lottery. 

Later, when Bethany got home, her husband shared the news that they had won $50,000 playing Powerball. Bethany was excited about the news and knew just how they should spend the prize money – new air conditioning for their home. 

“We had been putting off getting new AC, but it’s going to go out soon, so now we can get that done and not have to worry about it,” Bethany said about her plans for the prize money.
