NEW CASTLE FARMER WINS $2,000 SCRATCH-OFF PRIZE

An Indiana farmer is celebrating a $2,000 win on the $50 Ultimate Multiplier Scratch-off.

Neil Armstrong is a regular player of draw games and enjoys CA$H 5 in particular.  However, he decided to purchase a Scratch-off at the Star Light Food Mart in April, leading him to a $2,000 win.

Armstrong plans to use the prize to help pay for his child’s upcoming wedding.
