‘HOLY COW,’ BOONE COUNTY WOMAN SAYS OF SCRATCH-OFF WIN

Although Michelle Kincade typically only buys $2 Scratch-offs, she recently bought her first $3 Scratch-off. And her first $3 Scratch-off was a top prize winner!

Michelle played $3 15X The Cash and won the first of the three top prizes of $50,000.

“I scratched it off in the gas station parking lot and thought it was a loser,” she said.

But Michelle double-checked the ticket. “Holy cow!” she said, before pulling out her phone to scan the ticket with the Hoosier Lottery app to triple-check.

Michelle plans to buy her first car with the prize money.
