“I like the new Mega Millions®,” says regular Hoosier Lottery player Christina. “It makes it easier to buy when everything [multipliers] is included.” 

During the week, the Huntertown resident works in finance, but on the weekends Christina and her boyfriend like to have some fun. They’re regulars at concerts and festivals and can be found taking frequent motorcycle rides. 

For some extra fun, Christina plays Hoosier Lottery Draw games. She was on her way to a nail appointment when she stopped to buy a Mega Millions ticket. After the drawing, she scanned her ticket on the Hoosier Lottery app and received a message that her prize was too large to cash at a retailer. 

That’s when she called for her boyfriend in the garage to help her look at the ticket. Slowly, they both realized she had won $30,000! They celebrated with a big high-five.

Christina plans to pay off her recent furniture purchase with the prize money. She might also take a long weekend trip.
