Our Retailers are the front lines of the Hoosier Lottery and are key to providing players with excellent customer service and access to resources. Perry Patel has been the successful owner of DP Mart, located on West Sycamore in Kokomo, since 2013. Today, DP Mart is a Lottery destination for local players, and Perry knows all of them by first name. By creating a relaxed and fun environment for the players, the results have been amazing.  

Perry's guidance in helping players understand the games they are playing, and his playful personality, is what separates DP Mart and helps create a welcoming environment. Perry politely saying hello to every customer sets the standard for how to be a positive advocate and partner to the Hoosier Lottery.

Perry says that he started small and slowly worked his way up to the current offerings of counter and self-service machine sales. Perry is in frequent communication with Customer Service if any Lottery equipment is malfunctioning to ensure players are served.  

Perry's sales are great in his region and our Sales Department works with him regularly discussing his sales and Hoosier Lottery merchandising in the store.
