Timothy McNulty of Fort Wayne was very happy to have learned that he won $50,000 playing a $30 Extreme Cash Scratch-off. This is not the first time that Timothy has won playing the lottery. A year prior, he won $5,000 on a Scratch-off. He generally buys Scratch-offs because he prefers to know right away if he wins. He always buys his tickets at the same Meijer in Fort Wayne. Timothy scratched his ticket thinking he won $5,000 only to realize he actually won $50,000 after scanning it with the Hoosier Lottery app.

The first person Timothy told was his daughter. When he first called her, she said, “You won didn’t you?” She was very excited and happy for him. Timothy also told four other people, each of them were very happy for him. Timothy works for a book distribution company and is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. He plans on putting the prize money into a savings account. He has been buying lottery tickets for years and plans to continue to play.
