Most days as James Hall drives to his job at the Indianapolis Department of Public Works, he stops at a nearby Phillips 66 gas station to buy a Scratch-off or two. On this particular trip, he purchased a $20 Triple Red 777. James waited until he was at work to scratch his ticket, and when he saw that he won $10,000, he was ecstatic.
“I just couldn’t believe it,” he said.
He quickly told his co-workers, and they were very happy for him.
James plans to put his winnings in savings for now.
