Indianapolis resident Siang Ceu likes to play Scratch-offs. He usually purchases them at a Speedway located on his way home from his job at an auto body and repair shop.

One day after work, he stopped to buy a couple of $20 Triple Red 777 Scratch-offs. When he got home and scratched them, he saw that he won $10,000. He was very excited but wanted to make sure he really won, so he scanned the ticket using the Hoosier Lottery’s app. When the app showed that he had indeed won, “I was very happy that I really did win,” said Siang.

He immediately told his brother about his win, and his brother was thrilled for him.

Siang plans to put his winnings in savings.
