Francis scratched a $30 7 Scratch-off and won $20,000! He sent a photo of the winning ticket to his cousin and the friends’ group chat. His friends were excited about the win and asked if that meant dinner was on him. Francis did indeed pick up the tab for dinner that night with his friends and celebrated the momentous win.
Francis also plans to celebrate with a grand meal at Lincoln Square Pancake House – one of his favorites.
