Spencer resident Wendell Hodge needed a few items for his breakfast, so he made a quick trip to the nearby Babbs Supermarket. After paying for his groceries, he decided to purchase a $50 Luxe Millions Scratch-off.

Filled with excitement, he scratched the ticket and was elated to see he won $20,000!

Wendell plans to put his winnings in savings.
